SUGGESTED DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE: Take 2 capsules per day. A more aggressive dose of between 4 to 6 capsules can also be taken if desired, but it is not recommended to exceed 6 capsules per day. Works best when taken on an empty stomach, ideally at least 1 hour before a meal.
